Refunds
Refunds can be made before any website work is done. Partial refunds can be made after a discussion is made on what work has already been completed.
Cancellations
Need to be made before any work is performed to get a full refund otherwise a partial refund will be made based on the work that was completed.
Deliveries
There is not a physical product so no shipping is necessary.
